Our Mission
At 4EverFit, we believe that fitness is not just about looking good, it's about feeling good and living a healthy lifestyle. Our experienced trainers are here to help you find a fitness routine that works for your lifestyle and personal goals. Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, we've got everything you need to stay healthy and feel great.
Established in 2006, we are a women-only fitness center in Kyabram that offers a wide range of fitness classes including Reformer & Matwork Pilates, Functional, Strength & Resistance training, Cardio classes, Yoga and Nutritional services. Our mission is to empower women to become the best version of themselves with regards to their health, fitness, and social
well-being.
Personalized Attention from our AMAZING TEAM

Ellen works in our Gym area & has a passion for all things health and fitness. Ellen is currently studying
her Cert 3/4 in fitness & is aspiring towards completing her goal of running a half marathon. Whilst Ellen
is not motivating our clients, she enjoys reading, cooking, gardening & spending time with her family.


Megan has completed a Diploma in Clinical Pilates & training as a Pilates Instructor through Breathe Education. Having experienced the benefits of exercise, she has a passion for assisting other women meet their own fitness & rehabilitation goals through Pilates. Megan has been teaching Pilates since
2021 & is also a School teacher & busy Mum of 3 when she's not at Studio Pilates.
Casey began her passion as a Yoga Instructor over 10 years ago & contiues her practice. on a daily basis. Our clients have been blessed with the experience of Casey's surreal Yoga classes for the past 3 years. We adore the ambience, peace & tranquility that Casey brings into our lives every week

Mich has had a passion for fitness, starting as a dancer at the age of 4 & has been involved in fitness industry for the past 17 years as a Personal Trainer, after completing her Cert 4. Mich's hobbies include running, waterskiing, following the kids sports endeavous & continually adding to her list of certifications. Mich has been a fully qualified Pilates instructor for 4 years & has recently become an Accredited Nutritionist.

Hailey has completed her Cert 3 in Fitness & is currently studying Cert 4 in both Fitness & Nutrition. Hailey aspires to have her own business in the health & fitness industry, specialising in women’s health. Whilst Hailey is not @ 4EverFit, she enjoys travelling & going to the gym, walking & running.

We expect the same of our clients. We hope that all clients will show respect to their fellow class members and not walk into a class that has already started, or leave a class prior to it's completion.
